Dear Partners, Sponsors, Members and Friends,
This year, thank you to your ongoing support, we will be able to reach our goal to award 400 scholarships to the most talented but underprivileged children in Vietnam.
Since its inception in the year 2000 by a group of young Australian Vietnamese, Hands for Hope (H4H), has in the past 13 years undertaken a number of key projects, the primary focus of which for 2013-2014 is the Education Sponsorship Program.
Your participation in Hands for Hope 13th Masquerade Ball held on Friday October 25, 2013 at Reception 501 in Footscray, Victoria, has raised a net proceed of $30,378 on the night and still counting; from a combination of event sponsorships, dinner ticket sales, donated auction items, Project 50 Pledges, Raffles and Donations. To all our sponsors, donors and supporters we say a heartfelt THANK YOU. Without your generosity and support Hands for Hope would not be able to undertake the many ambitious projects that we do. A special thank you goes out to our members and volunteers, who are our true heroes and silent achievers. Your time and effort for this and every other event never goes unnoticed and always very appreciated.
We received many positive feedback from guests who had a great time on the night.
“I wanted to say to H4H how very grateful and appreciative I am of their works and efforts in making last night a huge success. How much was done to put on the event and irrespective of success being almost our failure H4H absolutely once again showed the community what a LOVE is.”
“The Vietnamese Students’ Association would like to thank Hands for Hope for organising such an amazing charity dinner. We had so much fun and was more than glad to help out with the selling of raffles of tickets and just being part of this great cause to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Be sure that we will be back next year.”
On behalf of all the lives you are about to change, we at Hands for Hope, say Thank You!
Let us celebrate our achievements and continue our collaborative support for the less fortunate children of Vietnam. There is yet much work to be done.
